What is the purpose of Meloomi?
At Meloomi we pursue two main goals:
Frist, to present the less-known faces of Persian art to the art-loving people of Britain and the rest of the world.
Second, to support talented and often neglected artists who create decent pieces of fine art with a limited audience or marketing capability.
How and where do you source your artworks?
All artworks at Meloomi are carefully selected and sourced from a growing and vibrant group of artists. The artworks come from around the world as well as our own gallery.
Where does Meloomi physically based?
Meloomi is owned and operated by Persia International Trading LTD., a company registered in the UK (Company Number: 10029930) and based in London. Our team are constantly working to make sure our valuable customers will receive the best experience and support.
How do I make sure the artworks are genuine?
At Meloomi we are committed to acquiring and delivering only authentic artworks that have been assessed and carefully selected to make sure they fit into our line of work.
Most of the artworks are unique and come with a Certificate of Authenticity which is been dated and signed by the artist and guaranteed by us.
What payment options are available?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, you can also pay via PayPal.
How can I pay by bank transfer?
Is the payment secured?
The green padlock and address bar in your browser mean we have Extended Validation SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) for all domains belonging to Persia International Trading LTD. which is the standard industry grade payment security solution across the internet. SSL establish an encrypted link between our web servers and your browser. This link ensures and guarantees all data passed between us remain private and integral. Customer’s payment details remain strictly confidential and Meloomi does not have access to them.
When will I be charged?
You will be charged when you place your order. We will send you the order confirmation including your purchase detail immediately via email and start processing your order.
Will I receive an invoice?
Of course! You will receive a PDF version of your invoice immediately after purchase confirmation via email. You will also receive the paper version of your receipt upon delivery of your artwork.
Order Confirmation and Shipping:
How do I know the artwork I ordered is available?
We are in close contact with our artists and they are obliged to inform us immediately when an artwork becomes unavailable. However, if by any chance we notice that the ordered artwork is not available anymore, we will contact you immediately and you can either receive an instant full refund or choose an alternative artwork.
Who handles the shipping of the artwork?
We professionally wrap and seal your artworks and handle them to carriers specialised in artwork shipping. We will also send you the carrier’s details, shipping information and date of delivery so you can also track your order directly.
How long does it take before I receive my artwork?
Delivery time will be 4-6 weeks after we receive your order.
How much does the shipping cost?
Shipping is free within the UK for purchases over £100. For orders less than £100 shipping cost varies and you will be informed about the exact price before placing your order.
Returns and Refunds:
Will I be able to return an artwork if I'm not satisfied?
Of course, you can! At Meloomi we love art and we believe artworks are to be loved, otherwise, they are just a waste of money. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the delivered artwork, you can return it to us within 14 days of delivery and you will be refunded the full payment amount. Please not that the artworks must not be damaged.
Who pays for the return shipping?
If you are not satisfied with your artwork, we will refund you the full amount you have paid including the shipping cost. You only have to pay for the return shipping.
How do I return an artwork?
Frist, you need to send us an email to
firstname.lastname@example.org and include your contact and purchase details along with a copy of your receipt. After we validate your return request we will inform you by email to send it back to us.
How can I get a refund?
After we receive the returned artwork undamaged and in perfect condition, we will process the refund and you will receive the full amount you paid within 14 working days.
